The Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act) requires all passenger conveyance units to be inspected by a registered lift inspector every 24 months. This inspection commonly referred to as the “Annexure B Inspection”, verifies that the unit is safe for public use and meets the required standards as set out by the OHS Act.

At SKYE Elevators, we offer our customers the option to either include this inspection test in their preventative maintenance contract or we assist by facilitating the inspection using an independent lift inspector.
